STARTING DECEMBER 1ST, 2025

Startup Blueprint is a guided program for early-stage small business owners and entrepreneurs who are getting started or who have been trying to gain traction without success. Over four weeks, you will refine your concept, understand what your business needs to move forward to the next step, and choose the path that best fits your goals.

You do not need to be earning revenue yet to benefit from this program. The focus is clarity, direction, and confident decision-making as you prepare for the next stage of your business.

You will walk away with:
• A refined and clearly defined business concept
• Clarity on your audience, offer, and early market opportunity
• A simple breakdown of your startup costs, pricing, and early financial needs
• A go-to-market direction that fits your stage and capacity
• A clear understanding of your capital options and what lenders expect
• A confident decision on whether your next step is early sales or capital readiness
• A focused 90-day roadmap you can use any time of year

Who this program is for:
• Early-stage entrepreneurs, pre-revenue or low revenue
• Those who need clarity, structure, and direction
• Those deciding between early sales or preparing for funding
• Those wanting to move forward with confidence

Required Foundations Class:
All participants must complete Turn Your Idea Into a Business, our introductory foundations training. This ensures you understand the basics of structure, legal requirements, market fit, and income forecasting before joining the cohort.
For this upcoming cohort, the foundations module will be included as the first training module, so you will have everything you need to begin.

Required One-on-One Session:
To receive your graduation certificate, all participants complete one one-on-one session with a WBC JEDI business consultant. This session gives you personalized guidance as you choose your next step. There is no cost for this meeting.
