Overview 

You have the idea. Now it’s time to turn it into a business you can actually build. 

 Startup Blueprint is two weeks of guided work, with a little homework in between, to take your idea from “someday” to a business plan and a clear path forward. We’ll get clear on who you’re here to serve, why they’ll choose you, and how you’ll reach them. We’ll walk through what it costs to get started, how to price what you offer, and what you need to earn, in plain language, so you stop guessing and start deciding. You’ll also learn your funding options and what lenders look for, so you know whether to start selling now, start smaller and grow into it, or get ready for capital first. 

 At the end, you’ll present your business plan to our team and get honest, encouraging feedback before you spend a dollar you don’t need to. You’ll walk away with a plan you understand and believe in, because you built it, and you’ll know your next step.
